We currently have all cards in stock. However, some of our clearance cards are in limited supply, and once they are sold out, they will no longer be available. If a card is sold out and can’t be produced again, our site will not display it. If your quantity request exceeds our inventory on hand, Charitycards.ca will contact you by e-mail and you will be able make a second choice to make up the difference.

Our state of the art design software offers many options to customize the inside of your greeting card. Please remember that you are only customizing the inside panels of the fold over card.

Charitycards.ca does offer some personalized greetings cards where you can add your logo to the front of the card. All other cards are not modifiable in any way on the front. As a default, we show the Make-A-Wish logo in support of this worthy cause.

You can choose to remove the Make-A-Wish logo if you’d like. You have a choice of many heartfelt messages that you can use, edit, or delete and create your own personal message. You can choose your favorite typestyle from our library, as well as ink colour from our colour palette. Charitycards.ca offers full colour or single colour imprinting. If choosing full colour, please upload a CMYK logo and then choose the various colours of text from our palette.

If you choose to produce a single colour card, all logos and text will print in that one standard colour.

No, unfortunately, your card will not be proofed CharityCards.ca. Due to the volume of orders CharityCards.ca receives, we are unable to proof each card. We do have a proofing screen where you can view your card layout exactly as it will appear on the final product. CharityCards.ca cannot be responsible for errors in type or layout created by the end user. Please review your card for spelling, punctuation, and grammar errors before placing your order. Please see our guarantee for more details.

Yes, every one of our cards can have a logo added. Logos must be a high quality image in order to print well. A TIFF, JPEG, PNG or GIF should be preferably 300 dpi. We also accept vector art as a PDF or EPS file. Images from a website are normally 72 dpi and cannot be used for print purposes. Our easy to use software allows you to quickly upload your logo and size it. Logos and images will be printed in full colour.

Yes, simply scan your signature(s) and upload them using a template of your choice, just as you would your company logo. If you are having any problems, please contact us.

Charitycards.ca accepts Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal, personal checks, and money orders. Please keep in mind that we are unable to process your order until your payment has been received. If you prefer, you can e-mail orders@charitycards.ca, fax orders to 416-391-9279, or simply call CharityCards.ca at 1-877-671-1212 (Mon. – Fri. 9-5 ET) and we would be happy to process your order over the phone.

Yes. Upon submitting your order, you will immediately receive an e-mail invoice for your personal records. If you do not receive this e-mail confirmation, please check your junk mail or contact us.

Our free shipping on orders over $100.00 can take anywhere from 3-10 days depending on the delivery address. If you require your cards sooner, upgraded shipping methods are available upon checkout of your order.

Yes, envelopes can be printed. Please check the optional “print envelopes” section to set up your envelope. Remember to proof it carefully. Envelopes are printed on the back flap in black ink only. Unfortunately, logos cannot appear on the envelope.

Charitycards.ca is very proud of our long-standing relationship with Make-A-Wish Canada. Over the past 14 years, we have raised over $600,000 to help grant wishes for Canadian children. CharityCards.ca gives 20% of the net selling price of all of our cards to Make a Wish Canada

CharityCards.ca believes it is important to protect and respect the privacy of our customers and guests. We want you to know how your personal information is collected, used and, where applicable, shared.

In general, we collect and use personal information to:

Charitycards.ca has relationships with third party payment processing companies. Currently we use the services of PayPal and Paymentech. These payment processing companies require certain personal information in order to process the payment for the products you have purchased through our website. During the check out process, the information you enter goes to these processing companies. Each of these companies has posted the terms, conditions, and policies for their respective services on their sites and we ask that you review these before providing any personal information.

We may also be required by law or statue to share information with government agencies upon their request or as part of our reporting requirements.

In some cases, personal information may be stored or processed outside of Canada and may therefore be subject to the legal jurisdiction of these countries. At this time, however, all of CharityCards.ca services are processed in Canada. This may change in the future, and if so, we will advise you of the change by posting this information in our privacy policy. We suggest that you consult the policy and our terms of use each time you visit this site.

By emailing us at privacy@charitycards.ca, you can request access to the personal information we have in connection with your purchases from our website. You may also use that e-mail address to advise of changes in your personal information or to correct inaccurate information.

Yes, you may elect not to share your personal information with us. You can advise us by sending us an email at privacy@charitycards.ca. However, without your consent, we will be limited in our ability to proactively meet your needs and to process your purchases.

From time to time, we use cookies to track customers and guests of our website through Yahoo! Web Analytics. We collect information that will help us improve the website and ultimately the users’ experience. We also use cookies for the Online Print Solutions application, which allows our customers to participate in the multistep process of selecting and creating a greeting card, adding it to a shopping cart, and using the check out functions.

In general, cookies are small files placed on your computer at the time you visit a website. They are used to store non-personal information to manage and customize your website experience.

Charitycards.ca currently has made arrangements with third parties to process payments made by you for the purchase of our products. When your transaction is processed, you will provide your credit card information to these third party service providers. Currently, only PayPal or Chase Paymentech Solutions, LLC, as the case may be, act as our third party processors and only they would have information to this credit card information, together with other relevant billing information such as your address and e-mail address.
